Spinach Pastry With Yufka (Ispanaklı Yufka Böreği)

Spinach- -600 gr
Onion1 medium size60 gr
Oil5 tablespoon50 gr
Salt1 teaspoon6 gr
Black Pepper1/2 teaspoon1 gr
Egg2 piece100 gr
Margarine5 tablespoon50 gr
Milk1 1/4 cup250 gr
Yufka3 piece500 gr


For fılling: Saute chopped onion in oil for 4-5 minutes or until tender. Add coarsely chopped spinach; stir. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper; cool. Stir in beaten egg. Set aside. Beat half of oil. melted margarine, milk and egg mixing thoroughly. Follow instructions in "Peynirli Yufka Böreği" (Cheese Börek with Yufka) to prepare, bake and serve.
