Pitta Bread with Ground Meat (Etli Pide)

Flour4 1/2 cup500 gr
Salt2 tablespoon24 gr
Dry yeast3/4 tablespoon5.5 gr
Sugar1 teaspoon4 gr
Water1/2 cup100 gr
Oil1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon110 gr
Yogurt1 1/2 cup330 gr
Onion2 medium size120 gr
Tomatoe3 medium size375 gr
Ground Meat2 4/5 cup500 gr
Pepper paste1 tablespoon10 gr
Black Pepper1 1/2 teaspoon3 gr


Prepare raised dough as instructed in "Peynirli Pide" (Pide with Cheese). Set aside. For fılling: Combine fınely chopped onions, tomatoes, ground meat, hot pepper sauce, salt and black pepper. Add water; mix well. Divide into 8 portions. Prepare pides with ground meat fılling following instructions in "Peynirli Pide". Bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
