Gözleme With Ground Meat (Kıymalı Gözleme)

Flour5 1/2 cup600 gr
Salt1 3/4 tablespoon21 gr
Dry yeast3/4 tablespoon5.5 gr
Sugar1 teaspoon4 gr
Water (warm)1 1/2 cup300 gr
Onion1 medium size60 gr
Ground Meat1 3/4 cup300 gr
Parsley 1 bunch60 gr
Tomatoe1 small size100 gr
Black Pepper1 teaspoon2 gr
Tomatoe paste1 tablespoon10 gr
Oil1/2 cup100 gr
Margarine1/3 cup65 gr


Prepare raised dough as instructed in "Cevizli Çörek" (Shortbread with Walnuts). Set aside. For filling: Brown ground meat and fınely chopped onion for 15-20 minutes stirring until meat is crumbly; drain. Remove from heat. Stir in diced tomatoe, chopped parsley and tomatoe paste. Season with salt and pepper; mix well. Divide into 10 portions. Prepare gözlemes following instructions in "Peynirli Gözleme" (Gözleme with Cheese). Brown on both sides. Serve hot.
