Meat Pastry with Slim Dough (Kıymalı Yufka Böreği)

| Ground Meat | 1 1/4 cup | 225 gr |
| Parsley | 1/3 bunch | 20 gr |
| Salt | 1 teaspoon | 6 gr |
| Black Pepper | 1/2 teaspoon | 1 gr |
| Oil | 1/3 cup | 65 gr |
| Milk | 1 1/4 cup | 250 gr |
| Egg | 1 piece | 50 gr |
| Yufka | 3 piece | 500 gr |
Preparation
For filling: Saute
ground meat and chopped onions in a covered saucepan for 15 minutes or until
meat is crumbly; drain. Add chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper; mix
well. Set aside. Beat egg and milk. Stir in oil reserving 1 tablespoon to oil
pan. Follow instructions in "Peynirli Tepsi Böreği" (Cheese Börek with Yufka)
to prepare, bake and serve.
