Ground Meat Pastry with Slim Dough (Kıymalı Yufka Böreği)

Ground Meat1 1/4 cup225 gr
Parsley 1/3 bunch20 gr
Salt1 teaspoon6 gr
Black Pepper1/2 teaspoon1 gr
Oil1/3 cup65 gr
Milk1 1/4 cup250 gr
Egg1 piece50 gr
Yufka3 piece500 gr


For filling: Saute ground meat and chopped onions in a covered saucepan for 15 minutes or until meat is crumbly; drain. Add chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper; mix well. Set aside. Beat egg and milk. Stir in oil reserving 1 tablespoon to oil pan. Follow instructions in "Peynirli Tepsi Böreği" (Cheese Börek with Yufka) to prepare, bake and serve.
