Tarhana Soup (Tarhana Çorbası)

Salt 1 ½ teaspoons9 grams
Butter or margarine4 tablespoons40 grams
Mint1 1/2 tablespoons2 grams
Red pepper½ teaspoon1 gram

Preparation

Dissolve tarhana in water, add the salt and cook for 10 minutes. Melt butter or margarine, add mint and red pepper and stir a few times and sprinkle over the soup.
