Green Pepper4 medium size60 gr

Wash vegetables; drain. Remove stems and seeds of peppers. Dice all vegetables; combine. Place in a salad bowl. Add lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt, red pepper and. mint; mix well. Chill and serve.
