Sour Sauce  (Koruk Salatası)

Garlic6 clove18 gr
Unripe grape juice 1 1/2 cup300 gr
Water2 1/2 cup500 gr
Mint1 tablespoon1.3 gr
Red pepper1/2 teaspoon1 gr
Tomatoe paste2 tablespoon20 gr
Salt1 1/2 teaspoon9 gr
Onion1 medium size75 gr


Combine unripe grape juice with fınely chopped onion, crushed garlic and tomato paste. Add salt, pepper, mint and water; mix well. Serve in individual bowls.
