Sardines In Vine Leaves (Asma Yaprağında Sardalya)

Sardine30 piece1 kg
Salt2 teaspoon12 gr
Fresh Vine Leave30 piece65 gr
Olive Oil1/4 cup50 gr
Black Pepper1 teaspoon2 gr
Bay Leave8-10 piece5 gr


Wash sardines. Sprinkle with salt. Put in a colander. Let stand for 15 minutes; drain. Combine with bay leaves. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with oil. Wash vine leaves and wipe well. Brush with oil. Wrap each sardine with wine leaf. Arrange in a covered baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
