Sardines In Vine Leaves (Asma Yaprağında Sardalya)

| Sardine | 30 piece | 1 kg |
| Salt | 2 teaspoon | 12 gr |
| Fresh Vine
Leave | 30 piece | 65 gr |
| Olive Oil | 1/4 cup | 50 gr |
| Black Pepper | 1 teaspoon | 2 gr |
| Bay Leave | 8-10 piece | 5 gr |
Preparation
Wash sardines.
Sprinkle with salt. Put in a colander. Let stand for 15 minutes; drain. Combine
with bay leaves. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with oil. Wash vine leaves and
wipe well. Brush with oil. Wrap each sardine with wine leaf. Arrange in a covered
baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
