Young Bluefish18 medium size1 kg
Salt2 teaspoon12 gr
Olive Oil2 tablespoon20 gr


Wash fish. Sprinkle with salt. Put in a colander. Let stand for 15 minutes; drain. Dry well. Brush with oil. Place on rack. Broil for 10-15 minutes. Serve hot.
