Pears Dessert With Whipped Cream (Armut Tatlısı)
| Ingredients | Measure | Amount |
| Water | 1/2 cup | 100 gr |
| Pear | 6 medium size | 750 gr |
| Sugar | 1/2 cup | 90 gr |
| Whipping cream | 8 tablespoon | 80 gr |
| Pistachionuts (chopped) | 3 tablespoon | 30 gr |
Preparation
Pare pears leaving
stems on. Cut into half lengthwise, and core. Place pear halyes in a pan. Add
water and sugar. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cook gently over low heat for 30
minutes or until tender. Remove pears from pan; drain. Arrange on a serving
plate cored sides up. Boil syrup gently for 5 minutes or until thickened. Pour
over pears; cool. Fill centers with whipped cream. Sprinkle with crushed pistachionuts.
Chill and serve.
