Margarine1/2 cup100 gr
Flour2 3/4 cup300 gr
Sesame oil1/3 teacup35 gr
Grape molasses1/2 cup125 gr


Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour and tahin blending well. Spread into a baking pan 20x20 cm (9x9 inch) in diameter. Bake in a moderate oven for 35 minutes until light golden. Remove from oven. Cut 4-5 cm (1 1/2-2 inch) diamonds. Pour molasses over hot pastry. Serve cold.
