Prunes Compote (Kuru Erik Hoşafı)

| Dried plum | 24 piece | 150 gr |
| Water | 7 1/2 cup | 1.5 kg |
| Sugar | 1 cup | 180 gr |
Preparation
Soak dried prunes
for a few hours. Simmer in same liquid for 30 minutes or until medium tender.
Add sugar; stir. Simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. Serve chilled in individual bowls
or cups.
