Cheese Halva (Peynir Helvası)

| Egg | 3 piece | 150 gr |
| Flour | 2/3 cup | 75 gr |
| Margarine | 4 tablespoon | 40 gr |
| Sugar | 2 cup | 360 gr |
Preparation
Sieve cheese into
a saucepan. Beat in eggs one at a time, stirring until well blended. Cook over
low heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in flour gradually mixing well.
Add melted butter. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes stirring constantly. Add
sugar, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Serve.
