Cheese Halva (Peynir Helvası)
|White Cheese (fresh, fatty)||- -||375 gr|
|Egg||3 piece||150 gr|
|Flour||2/3 cup||75 gr|
|Margarine||4 tablespoon||40 gr|
|Sugar||2 cup||360 gr|
Sieve cheese into
a saucepan. Beat in eggs one at a time, stirring until well blended. Cook over
low heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in flour gradually mixing well.
Add melted butter. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes stirring constantly. Add
sugar, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Serve.
