Cheese Halva (Peynir Helvası)

Flour2/3 cup75 gr
Margarine4 tablespoon40 gr
Sugar2 cup360 gr

Preparation

Sieve cheese into a saucepan. Beat in eggs one at a time, stirring until well blended. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in flour gradually mixing well. Add melted butter. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes stirring constantly. Add sugar, stir and cook for 2 minutes. Serve.
