Chicken Shish Kebab  (Tavuk Şiş Kebabı)

Pearl onion (shallots)15 piece150 gr
Tomatoe3 small size300 gr
Green Pepper6 medium size100 gr

Preparation

Bone chicken. Remove skin. Cut into 2 1/2-3 cm (1-1 1/2 inch). Set aside. Grate onions. Combine with milk and olive oil. Add seasonings; stir. Combine with chicken cubes. Place in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Remove from marinate; drain. Thread on metal skewers alternating with vegetables. Broil on charcoal, rotating. Serve hot.
