ROYAL MINESTRONE

350 grammes of strained yoghurt is thoroughly beaten with a loaf of bread of which the crusts will have been removed and kept in a cool place until the next morning. This mixture will be placed into a saucepan and cooked while stirring slowly and adding meat stock in a gradual way. It will be served together with cubes of bread fried in oil.
